Designed for DIT workflows and built with a 1 RU form factor, the Blackjet UX-1 is equipped with dual 2.5" SATA SSD slots which support drives up to 9.5mm in height, and dual RED MINI-MAG slots for offloading content to your computer. It connects to your host Windows or Mac system using a Thunderbolt 3 port which operates with bidirectional transfer speeds up to 40 Gb/s. A second Thunderbolt 3 port is available for daisy-chaining up to five additional Thunderbolt devices together, a 5K display, or one USB device. Also supported are software RAID 0, RAID 1, and JBOD configurations for the SSDs, plus Thunderbolt 2 connectivity using an adapter.
